Camping

We got to go camping this weekend with our small group. It was pretty fun. The first night was pretty chilly. The second night was warmer, but it rained. The only other time it rained was just after we finished packing up, so we couldn't ask for more perfect timing than that! The girls loved to play outside all day long, and loved to roast marshmallows at night! Randomly all the kids did get bug bites on a walk, but it was all good. We also got a little sun burnt! We went to the mystery caves and took a tour. Pretty interesting. I didn't enjoy the bats that much, but I only saw one that was flying. It was also fun to go camping with such a big group. 30 in all.

Busy weekend

It's funny how some weekends can get so full! For us, this past weekend was like that. On Friday night Bill and I got to go see Iron Man. I didn't really know anything about Iron man, like how he came about, or what he was about. I have to say though, that the movie was pretty good! And if they come out with second, I would go see it.
Saturday we got to go to the West St. Paul Day's Parade, which is always fun. The girls really enjoyed watching it, and getting all the candy that they could grab! And the friends they got to watch the parade with. Then we traveled all the way to Willmar for a wedding reception. It's always nice to see old friends you haven't scene in awhile! The drive home was fun too. The girls were getting a little sick of being the car, so Bill randomly pulls out a Lost and Found C.D. that neither of us had listened to in awhile, and the girls got a big kick out of it! Fun stuff!

cute

I think that kids have it good when it comes to clothing! They get a new wardrobe pretty often cause they grow out of their clothes so fast.
I just thought this new outfit of Lillian's was pretty cute, so wanted to share! I was also excited, cause the whole thing is size 24M. She is a peanut!

intresting play

Bill and I got to go and see a high school production of the musical Into the Woods. He had scene it once before, but I had never scene it. The first act was good and cheerful. It's about some of the classic fairy tales, and how they all end happily ever after. The second act however, tells about what happens after happily ever after, and it wasn't very happy! Kind of a downer compared to the first act! We thought that they high schoolers did a wonderful job. It lasted for 3 hours! It was a fun time though!
